Eligibility Requirements

To join our team, candidates must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Provide a clear Criminal Record Check

ECE Tuition Reimbursement

In partnership with the Government of Canada, Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning provides a reimbursement of up to $5,000 per school year to help cover the tuition-related costs of recognized early childhood education programs offered at post-secondary institutions in Manitoba that lead to certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) II or ECE III. The ECE tuition reimbursement makes early childhood education programs more accessible to individuals entering the early learning and child care workforce and those working to obtain or upgrade their certification.
